OOTD: White and Mint

I'm back with another OOTD. I love this outfit, I think it's super cute and summery. 
Skirt: H&M
Cardigan: Topshop
Shoes: Cream Converse
Necklace: Tiffany & Co
Please mind the unclassy bathroom selfies, I got bored during physics. I really love this skirt from H&M, it was really cheap at £12.99 and has a really cool texture. It's also quite thick so you don't have the awkward underwear showing through. I really like how long it is because I love wearing skirts high on my waist so I can do this without pulling my skirt up too short. I got my shirt a long time ago, so I don't remember the price of it. Also it's gotten a tad too small so it's a bit cropped, so it's perfect to tuck into a skirt. I wore this cardigan because its thin and it doesn't clash with the white top.
