New year, new challenges. The amount of people who make they're resolution to lose weight, or to get a healthy lifestyle etc are a joke. I refuse to make one of my resolutions something along these lines. Losing weight and becoming healthier and fitter is something I want to do for me, not for 2013. And i'm going to do it, and not give up like half of people do on their resolutions. 
I'm still doing my Blogilates and all that other fun stuff, I will keep you updated though because as one of my resolutions it is to keep you, Raindrops, updated.

Just did a huge work out, feeling accomplished. I went to the basement of my house, where I usually work out, and turned on the Wii and put my Just Dance 3 in. Just Dance 4 is out, should be getting it soon. I burnt the same amount of calories as 45 minutes of Running, the equivalent to nearly 2000 sweat points on JD3. I then went onto www.youtube.com/blogilates that do my favourite workouts. I always do the 'Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge' and another one, this time I did the 'Long as You Love Me Love Handles'. The squat challenge is the hardest thing i ever have to do, often having to stop for 10 seconds to take a breather, but love handles one was really fun though - might do it again. I want to try next the 'What Makes You Bootiful' and I think the 'Good Time Ab Challenge'. Would recommend them, the girl who teaches the videos is called Cassey and she is wonderful! I absolutely adore her personality and her videos are amazing and do work. Currently snacking on grapes. I walked home from school today as well, but i often do that - around 20 minutes. But I did get a Honeycomb Hot Chocolate on the way to school and was a bit naughty throughout the day but i worked it off, luckily.

It's already November, Raindrops! How quickly has time flown? Well for a quick update on Health and Fitness from me. From the summer, where i did lose weight - that's not me being vain and saying 'YEAH I LOST WEIGHT BECAUSE I'M PERFECT', it's me reading the scales. Since then i started school - biggest regret of my life. This was the first year during summer i'd lost more or less a significant amount of weight to the previous year and i didn't know what to do for how much i needed to work to maintain it and lose more during school time so i did gain weight. My school at break has cookies, donuts, chocolates, crips and now listing these you probably think i get all of them at once but i don't but it's just having them in the first lace is bad. 
So i learnt my right of path after realising i had gained quite a bit, and over half term (till Monday) i went to Italy - Pompeii, and did loads of walking and didn't eat loads because the lunches were bad and so wear the breakfasts' but i did snack quite a lot but according to the scales i did lose a bit so i'm still trying. 
And my Wii Fit broke but we've got it back up and running so i will be using that more.

I am sticking to my being healthy plan and i have lost weight since the 22nd. but not because of diet and exercise, i'm in the process of recovering from a REALLY illness. I haven't been able to eat and i've still been throwing up, so i guess yeah i've lost weight. Last night i kinda pigged out a bit on sweet things but like i haven't had calories properly for a while and a bit shouldn't be much harm..
I need to increase my water intake, i mainly survived on Lucozade when i was ill and other soft drinks so water needs to increase. I think i'm going to the gym a bit more when summer starts since i'll have a good two or three weeks till i go away, hopefully to the lovely and sunny and bikinifilled Monaco, france :D and then i go away Mid-August as well so lets diet up! Ahaha i just went through my previous posts like from LAST summer, my writing was awful! This is so funny! My goal is to write more professionally now on just saying. But i will be going to the gym more, again, and maybe out for runs hmm i'll think about that one.

Long time no speak..Trying to keep this up for longer this time, since last time i have put on weight and i have another 2 week goal (-5lbs)...I did it at the end of january in a WEEK! Last night i started with doing an hour of Just Dance 3, so dance exercise, but hardcore no ballroom or ballet - actual hardcore things. With ankle weights on and i really feel like it's gonna tone up my legs if done on regular basis. I also did my daily (done this for a few weeks now, probs 7 weeks) minumum 50-150 Bicycle crunches with the weights on so my arms and legs have a real workout yesterday..Today i did an hour long Percussion Drum Lesson at school and worked hard on my legs so i cant do much tonight, goign to a party though so maybe some dancing..Food im just trying to cut down, a lot of fruit salad and low cal snacks :)
PART 2
I just got back from the party i mentioned....It was actually quite fun and i did a hell of a lot of dancing including going low (yeah some dance squats) and some hip poppin and joke slut dropping so i did quite and intense workout at the party - my legs are aching..It could possible also be to do with the hour long drum lesson i did today which my leg start aching it from the stiffness in the bend to hit the base drum but yeah drums are a workout too...Didn't eat at the party and burnt off a lot of my dinner calories and snack calories..Is it just me or do you find eating at parties weird? I NEVER eat at party, sometimes cake but never anything else i just don't get hungry i am usually always naturally hyper so food doesn't fuel me at parties so its not necessary for me i guess to eat it, drank a bit though dw only diet coke and stuff no alcohol for me - underage and extra calories...

WELCOME TO DAY ONE OF THE FLAT-STOMACH DIET! 
ok basics after my calorific lunch today i felt like losin a bit of weight (WEIGHT (mind the pun don't i think that every day?) BUT TODAY I ACTUALLY AM. The other night (wednesday) i went to a massive party, called Capital VIP which basically is this huge rave....Everyone ages 13-17 go and it's really fun and theres a theme and theres often a bunch of sluts or sluttily dress people...I am not a slut but i do envy sluts' bodies, they're always really thin ahahahah! and all them wore like bandeau tops and low rise shorts or like bralets and skirts and they're stomaches were always flat! And no i'm never gonna go out in a bralet/bandeau and shorts and act like a major slut but i would at least like the confidence to have the option to feel like i could wear that......I want a flat stomach! Well dont most girls? So starting today imma increase my water intake! And have more exercise and wayy less carbs! LIke im cutting down on carbs, not CUTTING OUT but cutting DOWN! and more Just Dance 3 soo i'll keep you updated..

Ok over the past few months of lost a bit of weight in total, there was times where i lost 9lbs then put on 4lbs but in total currently i've lost i think 5lbs and kept i off...(Y) so all is going well..One of my friends though she is on a really strict like salad diet, ok she's already thin and yes a salad diet is unhealthy cause ur getting only carbs from Croutons and not protein and shiz but she has lost weight! I want to start doing my Just Dance 3 for an halfhour/hour at a time, i burn loads of calories by doing that, and i find it SOO fun but its just like the energy required and the willpower to do it! So keep me motivated! I drink hell of a lot of water still, and found a new love. I'm addicted to Callipo Water Shots, i think thats what they're called..They come in like a small plastic pot 12pack with a lid and a packets of thin straws u stab into the lid and drink...These are low calorie and have a nice tropical/strawberry flavour :D yummy and they are low in sugar but high in chemicals like Sorbatol which can if consumed too much of it, can damage the lining of your stomach or something like that so i tend to keep it to maximum 3 a day, once i had a crazy amount like 6 or something but i try to cut down......I also eat a lot of celery, i'm planning on doing this after every meal since it is negative calories..I love the taste of celery but that after taste once it starts setting in is awful hahaha so yeah dieting starts 2day !will keep u updated <3

DON'T HATE! been a while. i lost quite a bit of weight, in total from like last post to this one around 6lbs. But i recently lost all of that losingness and gained a bit! But i'm making a new exercise plan SAWYER HARTMAN STYLE (juicystar07's boyfriend). I'll be going to the gym Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Weekdays one hour (5-6pm) and Saturday hopefully two hours (9-11am depends on my plan, my night befores adventures etc..). Wednesdays i shall work arms doing arm bike, dumb bells, vertical traction, shoulder press etc..., Thursday i shall be doing core and lower back so total abdominal, lower back, rowing etc..Fridays legs: running, bikes, leg muscle activities, bench leg/arm presses etc, Saturday cardio: running machine, wave machine, eliptical (cross trainer/eliptical). 
I'm also going LOW CARB, LOW CAL, LOW FAT INTAKE. little little little carb. and fruit! loadsa fruit - i eat too many anyway! And low spending budget? 


I also bought Apple Cider Vinegar tablets which are renowned for healthy weightloss, they speed up metabolism if went in with healthy diet and exercise!? I bought the tablets and i find them very hard to take on there own, same with all tables for me, so i usually break them up and take it part by part with loadsa water. I usually take 2 a day, somedays NONE somedays one....They are DISGUSTING! they stink, they taste awful but people like Sarah Harding, Katy Perry and other celebrities do it. I might go back to making smoothies in the morning and if i do, i'll throw a tablet in there cause i shouldnt be able to taste it that way! BTW THESE ARE HEALTHY but they lower ur potassium and sulphate levels i think, so imma put a banana in my smoothies or a nectarine (are they high in K - chemical symbol for potassium ahaha im a geek).


well this should all help to get me fitter and healthier waheeeey!

Long time no speak, sorry. i haven't been the best with my fitness but today is the first proper day of October Half Term and i have 2 weeks. I want to lose 6lbs. I'm starting off with eliminating as much junk food snacking i can, so i made my self this:
4 of my FIVE A DAY! fruit wise. i love fruit as most of u know, been lacking in it recently and i've not felt too well since i have been lackin so hopefully this will perk me up a bit. I'm gonna make these once a day, and they will have 4 different fruits = today is strawberries, apple, grapes and bananas. In a plastic container. Which i'll keep in the fridge. I can each time i get peckish have one 1/4 or have a bit of each or have it for lunch, i think im gonna eat half of it for lunch now and some later in snack form. I hope this has worked....



  • Going to the gym on monday, where i will focus on the treadmill and muscle ones cause i have gotten like a craving to jog recently, i might go for a jog later since it is a nice day but im going out this evening and i dont want to be like all hot and sweaty, even though i would have like a gap in between the plan and jog. for Muscle i think i'm gonna work out on my arms, abs and then some leg ones but as you know my knees are VERY week, sometimes i have problems walking for days at a time but recently i have been able to walk normaly, especially in the past 3/4 months but i cant do strenuous activities on them so i'll probs only lift 10kg but oh well. Hopefully soon i can do like 20/30kg on them...

well that's it for now, g2g, might play sims 3!

ahh i have to rewrite this, my safari shut down b4 i saved aaah ok make it snappy.......I stopped the Slim.Fast diet, im still going to the gym but i'm seeing NO progress so im gonna get fit! I'm gonna use SarahsFabChannel on youtube to help me as soon as i wakeup and go to the gym as often as possible, and do a 10 Minute Solution Quick Tummy Toner exercise if i can....But when school starts and now im focusing on what i'm eating, along with exercise and i found soem videos that make really good back to school lunch ideas:
i love these ideas, and the sandwich looks sooo yummy so i made a small shopping list so when i can go pre school food shopping when i want to make my own pack lunch i know what to have so: 
Thinly Sliced Turkey Breast Slices

Pitta Chips
Wraps
Bananas
Organic Honey
Greek Yogurt
Rice Cakes
Mixed Nuts (variable, fruit and nuts, un/salted, raisins)
Weatabix
Celery Sticks
Baby Carrots
 so thats my shopping list, i think it is quite good, my Greek Yogurt i haven't decided if i want in a big pot, small pots with granola and honey, or just small pots. I'm hoping sticking to a really healthy diet is going to work. I'll have one or two weatabix cereal  for breakfast with low fat semi skimmed milk and maybe with a natural fruit smoothie, lunch would either be a wrap or sandwich or salad or anything similar like that with a few nuts or rice cake and some veggies or fruit and dinner will b my biggest me, usually not reaching over 600 calories so it is a lot bigger then my other meals so in general it balances out but they are all low fat so don't worry. It would be things like Roast Duck and Potatoes - usually with brocolli, carrots, cabbage, gravy etc.. which would be 600 cals but they are rare, my most common big dinner would be a roast chicken around every 10 days or lamb every like month. haha it's random. One thing i do love to snack on is ice lolies, like mini twisters, i think they are only 83 calories and sooo yummy. My goal for the gym is to do at least 600 calories on cardio, my quick way to do it is like 25 minutes on the Wave Board-  quick i know, i got to level 25 which is harder then like the lower levels but you get used to it and gets really easy, then take breaks or wait till after and do up to a 100 reps of muscle machines: Total Abdominal, Lower Back, Vertical Traction, I think its called the Leg Extender which is basically leg crunches where you push the chair back and forth with your legs at right angles and going straight etc, thn 50 on other ones like random arm ones i feel like doing and other leg ones. I want to get a few sports bras as well, i think in a week im going to Niketown and getting myself some sportswear, wait going on the webby now and i'll find some pics of what i want..
 just like some basic ones and stuff ! Look ones on sale for £12.75! Also Sports Direction has them all for £13-£11! I also want to get some more Ankle Weights!
these are only £3 on the web and £10 in store, the Sports Direction website has some great deals, i might do an order! Me is tres excited so au revoir for now, let me get some rest..

Today was another gym session i did an hour on the wave board whilst watching glee. I burnt like 1400 calories in total and really proud cause i probs ate under 1000 today. I also did a lot of muscle workouts, some leg ones which really hurt my knees since they are WEAK. and loads of arm ones which i like and one called the Total Abdominal which is really scary to do cause its like a rollercoaster but works on like your abs and thighs so its a really good one. I also am starting 1/2 of the Slim.Fast diet, basically the rules to the diet are: Replace 2 meals with SLim.Fast Meal shakes or meal bars, have 3 snacks a day: fresh fruit, or Slim.Fast Snack Bar and then have a big 600 cal max dinner. I decided i probs won't b able to skip 2 meals but only one at least and have a shake, i bought the ready made ones and they are one meal each. The flavours i bought to try out were Strawberry, Chocolate and Banana which i thought was vanilla. I tried the 'Blissful' Banana one today for lunch and it tasted ok but a bit powdery and SMELT DISGUSTING but it did fill me up. I also bought some of the snack bars in the heavenly chocolate flavour and caramel and are 95 cals each and they are quite nice, i tried the chocolate one and it's so good! I also drink a lot of water, especially while at the gym. The wave board doesn't make me sweat that much but its mainly to keep cool. I might go tomoz might not since its a saturday

In about 20mins i'm going back to the Gym. Yesterday i went from 4-5.30ish. It makes me happy, like it takes up some of my day which is good!!!!! I'm booked on 4-6 but might leave earlier. Yesterday i burnt 125 cals on the good ol TM and then did i variety after that. I decided that Tread Mill is my favourite, preffs going about 6.5-7 on the speed and 3.5-4.5 on the gradient. Also i have been eating LOADS of fruit like LOADS. I'm eating Bleubs now (blueberries). Fruit is good shiz!!!!!!!!! I might do a part 2 of today later might not also if you are interested in what type of outfit i where to the gym i'll put it up tomoz, usually athletic shorts, loose top and tank top! ttyl 

PART 2
Back from the gym, i did the usual: cross trainer, tredmill but then i had a new go on the Wavey boredy thingy and i actually really liked it, i used not to. For strength i did a bit on legs and quite a lot on my arms which i'm glad i did! Does anyone know like a good muscle machine for abdominals? Tomoz i'm going for only an hour x

I am opening up a gym membership, hopefully today at the Swiss Cottage Gym. I can use it 2 hours a day, Tuesday-Saturday. I'm really excited and i hope i will work for the full 2 hours, one hour of cardio one hour of strength! i'll keep writing and i'll try and take some pictures of the gym! 
PART 2
i went to the gym at 5-6 and loved it but hated it. EXERCISE. Blargh. it was horrible. I had an induction with this really friendly guy who showed me around the gym and how to use everything then i went off. I decided i will work out what i like by this: burn 50 calories per machine and work out how long it took you. it took me 8 minutes on the tread mill, 7 minutes  on the cross trainer (probs my fave), 10 minutes on the bike and then i tried the wave boreding thing but got bored when i reached 27 calories which took me 6 minutes. i did some leg extensions for muscle and arm extensions! I'm going tomorrow and probs will try doing it for 2 hours but booked for one. Hopefully my friend G can scrape in and join me x

wow been over a month of not being that good! I completed the volvic challenge and i my skin cleared up but don't know if it was due to that but now i have a break out so gonna try it again. I have received 2 (!) of the 10 Minute Solutions DVD's so far and have a 3rd expecting. I have Dance Your Body Thin and Carb & Calorie Burner. Did you know 1 carb = 4 cals or is the other way round? Anyways i'm back in business well weight loss plan and hoping to get a Gym Membership for the Summer @ Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre, London which is like the only gym where i can access the gym floor. I am also hoping to get a paper round/route job b4 i move on the 1st of August to earn some ££££££££ for the new school year, new clothes, stationary, NEW ME! and of course makeup. The 3rd DVD i want is the quick tummy toners which is on its way....I haven't used either yet but i'm planning when i brake up for Summer on thursday that i will go into an insta-plan, 1 10 minute videos a day, go to the gym once a day and walk on my possible paper round. Or 2 Ten minute videos a day, minimum gym time = every other day and still walk on my paper round. Good plan? me thinks!

don't hate me? Well i've been bad recently so kill me. Actually don't. i decided on a diet plan: Have to have SOMETHING for breakfast, all snacks under 150 calories, only one portion of carbs a day. Those are just the basics but so far im not craving anything. I'm also gonna try and eat healthier at school, i'm going well on the volvic water challenge accept i don't drink volvic but im doing the 2 litres a day thing. At school i buy to 500ml bottles of Highland Springs and drink those whilst at school, and at home i drink the rest.

Finally made my exercise and breakfast routine /\........Pretty proud of it, i did not include weekends because those days can vary if i'm going out or with friends etc....What do you think? i also need to control my craving for snacks my favourite in ever are: Discos, Big Hittin' Flava crops. Favourite flavours are Cheese & Onion and Bacon, im eating C&O now, the problem is they are not good for you but i am walking a lot later, well if my sister agrees or we are getting the bus. These are 146 calories, 0.5g sugar, 8.2g fat - see not the healthiest things hence why walking rewards it......My other 2 favourites are Salt or Butter popcorn and Chocolate Fruit Flakes.........gonna have sushi for late lunch with my sister and grandparents at Mori in St. Johns Wood, london.....

Started Tennis for this term at school, swimming on Tuesday....
I feel like i haven't put in as much effort into fitness increasing so i am going to really try now, tennis is really good for firming up your legs and booty so woopdiwoo and swimming exercises the whole body and tones it up so i am going to try really hard to work it weekly. I want to do an amazon order soon and know i will be buying 3 or 2 of the 10 Minute Solution Series. I'm also going to try the water challenge, this is when you have a glass of water before a meal (3 times a day), during each meal (3 times a day) and a few in between, this should equal 8 glasses a day but i find that is a harder goal to reach, or sounds like it is, to drink one cup before each meal, this is because water will help fill you up = less food needed = less calories = better for your fitness and weight-loss. And what else does it do? Brightens and refreshes skin, wakes you up, fitter, healthier. hmm what else am i going to do? Have either a smoothie for breaky or a small bowl of complex carbs/cereal. Cereal is good because it releases energy slowly meaning by break you will be less hungary as you would be having a smoothie. I decided, just a minute ago that my breakfast routine will be that on tuesday and thursdays i will have a bigger helping of cereal since i have double games first thing (tennis then swimming) so i have my energy and maybe on fridays as well  since i have alternate gym activities (WE FINALLY FINISHED GYMNASTICS, which i am unable to medically do), other days i will be doing a smoothie breaky my favourite is:
- a bit o milk,
 till you think is enough usually an 1/2-3/4 inch of milk in height 
- Ice 
around the same as milk but with a further third of it added of CRUSHED ice
- 3 big strawberries/5-7 of small ones
- 3/4 of a punnett of Blueberries
- A handful of grapes
but one i do want to try is watermelon, oats, grapes, ice, blueberries

New start of eating today, i wanted to do the exercise dvd but didn't have time :( but i was out walking a lot...
Breakfast - Plate of 5 huge strawberries (50 cals?)
Lunch - Chinese food but small amount (400 cals max)
Dinner - Oven baked chips and Pork schnitzel with one corn on the cob (500 cals?)
Snack - piece of matzoh bread with butter light (50 cals)
OVER ALL - estimated = 1000 calories :)




Hello healthy peeps,
This page is about eating healthy, exercise and staying fit hopefully to lose some weight..

I am hoping that at the end of every day i will post a food log of what i had to eat and hopefully it will increase with HEALTH and decrease with well my usual diet.
I plan to do exercise everyday, minimum 20 minutes of excessive exercise or half hour of calm cardio activities. 

My goal:

- Lose two stone
- Eat Healthier
- Drink more, WATER!
- Write daily or every other day about what i eat.

Now i will post a motivational picture to encourage all of us.
